Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot produces wines of the highest quality. The Domaine's vineyard holdings total of 9.7 hectares are spread through 22 crus. Viticulturally, they use dense planting to induce competition and to deepen root-stock. They take special care to oxygenate the soil (plowing) and preserve natural fauna. This with pruning and rigorous de-budding results in naturally low-yields. They also manage the changing climate with high and wide trimming, to have effective foliage to protect the grapes.

Jean-Marc has recently retired and the estate is run by his daughter Lydie Alzingre, whilst her her husband Francois (formerly of Maison Louis Jadot) looks after the wine-making.

These wines are well-priced for casual and stylish Burgundy drinking.
