The grower Grand Cru Champagne which exudes refinement and elegance.

Founded in 1899, Champagne Assailly plants principally in Chardonnay on their 11 hectare estate (though you can also find rosé bubbles & their rare Ratafia too). The vineyards are rich in limestone and chalky soils with an ideal southern exposure. Winemakers Pascal and Vincent Assailly are renowned for producing Champagne that displays both wonderful freshness and aromas, suitable for aperitifs, a party pour or with an entrée at dinner.
