Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet sits on the northern border of Gevrey-Chambertin in FIXIN, where historically the family of Denis Berthaud (Amélie's father) made some of the best wines. On marrying Marie-Andrée Gerbet he then acquired vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny - creating the new domaine. Amélie's husband, Nicolas Faure, takes care of the viticulture after working at J L Chave, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Prieuré Roch. 

Winemaker Amélie Berthaut-Gerbet recently received a highly-sought after Michelin Grape "Selected Domain" award as a trusted, consistent producer for outstanding quality of wines.
