Henri is the brother of Jean-Marc Boillot and their winemaking family has a long and very strong presence in the Côte de Beaune since the early 1900s.

Vineyard philosophy of recent has been a reduction in the use of new oak; emphasis on work in the vineyards (although they have been organic - no chemicals - for 20 years); a different approach to pressing (some vertical for the whites) - plus a complete upgrade of the barrel hall.  This results in great terroir expression in the bottle.

Henri Boillot has an exciting range of regional, village, premier and grand cru wines,  in both whites and reds. For everyday, enjoy a terrific Bourgonge rouge, a Meursault for an enjoyable dinner or cellar an Echezeaux for a special occasion in the future.
