Clos des Papes Blanc 2025 stands among the finest white wines of the Southern Rhône - a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Picardan, Bourboulenc and Piquepoul. A rare, elegant and timeless white.

"Clos des Papes blanc 2025 is quite floral, but as is often the case, it also has a hint of aniseed. On the palate, there's grapefruit, minerality and a very saline touch. This is a wine you can enjoy young with these aromas, or age in the same way as the reds, knowing that it will go through different stages of evolution. Namely, minerality, dried fruit, honey and toasted almonds. As you know, there's always a year's difference between the reds and the whites, because the whites are not aged in wood, as we want to retain a certain freshness and minerality. They are aged on fine lees until February before bottling. We remind you that our whites should be served at 12°C, not on ice, and can also be decanted."
