55% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Vermentino, 2% Viognier, and 3% Semillon

Poggio alle Gazze is a rather unique assemblage of Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Viognier, plus a small portion of Semillon grown at the Bolgheri estate. It's a very delicious, classy and distinctive white - not to be missed! 

Winemaker's notes;
Poggio alle Gazze reveals a refreshing spirit that is delicate while also remaining sumptuous and self-assured. The clusters were hand-picked into small 15 kg boxes in the early morning hours and immediately chilled on arrival at the cellar to fully preserve their aromatic compounds. After a meticulous selection, the whole clusters were given a very slow, gradual pressing, while great care was exercised to prevent oxidation of the fruit. 

The wine is deep, lively yellow in colour. Intense aromas stand out, such as exuberant mango, wildflowers and almonds. Beguiling to taste, the wine has a pleasing softness, while the full, rich flavours work perfectly with the upbeat acidity that brings freshness. Elegant acacia and rose petals notes conclude the lengthy finish.
