From a blend of Très Girard, Les Cognées and Chenevery
80%+ whole bunch vinification. A much denser purple colour. Here the whole bunches are much more expressive on the palate, so this will not be for everybody, but the dark fruit returns to complete the deal. Softer fruit. Drink from 2028-2036.

Slightly riper and more layered aromas including those of black cherry, violet, freshly turned earth and a suggestion of herbal tea. I very much like the texture of the suave and velvety middle weight flavours that contrasts with the firm, compact and lingering finale that stops just short of rusticity. This is an excellent Morey villages and well-worth considering.
89-92 Burghound. Outstanding Top Value.
The 2024 Morey-Saint-Denis Vieilles Vignes is the usual blend of three lieux-dits with 80% whole cluster. This has a bright bouquet with red cherries and crushed strawberry scents that blossom in the glass. Fine delineation and mineralité. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, quite linear and focused.
