Glowing purple. With a heady ripe raspberry fruit on the nose. Very evenly balanced fruit across the palate, just the right balance of acidity and refined tannins with a long aftertaste on the fruit. Drink from 2029-2035.

The 2024 Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with dark cherry, raspberry and light dark chocolate scents that unfurl nicely in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, pretty red cherry and blackcurrant fruit with admirable purity on the finish. Has grace and poise.
