Eight barrels, one new, for this ancient vine Bergerie. Mid lemon yellow, a softer perhaps more lactic nose than the Meursaults. Opens out very attractively, orchard fruit with a light lime spicing, persistent, not massive in weight but very graceful in texture. There is a very fine grain of acidity.
