A veritable freshness from the white pepper at the finish makes a gorgeously hedonistic example, where one can see Vosne-Romanée close by. Drink from 2033-2038. The 2023 Nuits Saint-Georges Aux Boudots 1er Cru contains 90% whole bunch. At the moment, the stems rather dominate the aromatics and perhaps occlude the fruit profile. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit and cracked black pepper, but it's a little austere and fades on the finish (like the village). 87-89 Neal Martin.
