From Fourchaume proper, Côte de Fonteny and Vaupoulent
Ever-so-mildly exotic aromas of elegant and pure white and yellow orchard fruit, acacia blossom and whiffs of ocean breeze and shrimp shells.
There is again fine volume to the rich and beautifully textured, if not especially complex, flavours that exhibit a marked bitter lemon quality on the balanced finale.
This is undeniably pretty.

A nose that’s more forward and quite deep again – silky yellow citrus – almost a little golden.
Cool, with energy, again with a lovely accent/frame of zesty tannic citrus skin.
