$112 ex. GST
$128.80 inc. GST
Estimated full landed price – $138.58

2 parcels of 40 and 45-year-old vines.

From two domaine plots, planted in 1971 and 1976. Clean pale yellow with a powerful bouquet, classic Montée de Tonnerre. The concentration is really impressive, not too exotic. Rather buttery at the finish, though then the minerals return. A question of time Drink from 2027-2034.
**** 91-93 Jasper Morris MW.

An elegant, pure and airy and more floral-suffused nose possesses more obvious Chablis character with its wet stone, shellfish, brine and iodine-suffused aromas. There is more refinement, if less volume and power, to the beautifully textured middle weight flavours that conclude in a sneaky long, balanced and altogether classy finale. Lovely stuff. 2031+
92 Burghound.

Samuel owns 2 plots. 1 next to Raveneau’s estate. Mid straw gold. Malolactic, zesty, brioche nose. Apple, brioche and lemon. Classic Chablis oyster-type flavours, with a salty, round, mineral finish.
