35 year old Chardonnay vines on calcareous soils in the Hautes-Cotes. A wine that is balanced and fine, elegant and solid with a beautiful firmness attenuated by the mellowness of Chardonnay. This “cuvée” is characterized by fine fresh fruit flavours, white flowers, of lime and beautiful mineral nuances. 50% oak (large format).
