A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, the 2020 Minervois La Liviniere Villa Mon Reve possesses a fresh, elegantly spicy bouquet with aromas of cherry, pepper, violet, cacao powder and vibrant blueberry fruit, followed by a full-bodied, concentrated structure, fine-grained tannins and bright acids on the finish. This wine derives from vines planted on calcareous soils facing northeast and was was made with one-third whole clusters.
