This is the historic red cuvée from Domaine du Pélican. They have been producing it since their inaugural vintage, in 2012. The red grapes have been vinified together - Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard.
Vinified from fully destemmed grapes and coming in at 12.5% alcohol, the concrete-fermented and barrel-aged 2023 Arbois Trois Cépages is a red-fruited, fresh and approachable Jura red. It offers moderate overall intensity, finishing fresh and nuanced. 89 Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous (2025)
