This crémant (sparkling wine) has a fine pink colour. There is a persistent string of fine bubbles around the glass. Its open nose gives off scents of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). On the palate it is rounded & characterful with energy. At last, the finish is fine, fresh and long.
