70% whole bunch with minimal punch down to avoid the wine becoming too muscular. Even so, the 2023 Genavrières has a noticeably darker purple colour with ruby rim. There is possibly an even greater volume of fruit here than my usual favourite of Faconnières, with summer pudding black fruits and a fresher redcurrant note to join in. Drink from 2032-2038.
