A very fresh and bright nose of expressive red pinot fruit aromas cut with earth nuances leads to delicious and relatively dense, certainly in the context of the vintage, flavours display reasonable length on the bitter chocolate-inflected finish where a touch of rusticity slowly emerges. 86-88 Burghound.
