In bottle. A striking purple with excellent dark red berry fruit on the nose. Adequate acidity, leaving a pleasing berry and plum aftertaste in the mouth. Drink from 2026-2028. Tasted Nov 2024.

Very pretty aromas include those of black cherry, dark raspberry and soft earth wisps. The tender, supple and appealingly textured flavours conclude in a mildly rustic finale. This should drink well basically upon release.

Clear burgundy in colour. Smoky sous bois nose. Juicy, savoury and mineral mouth. Earthy notes but not rustic. I liked this a lot.
