The 2023 is a highly appealing Gewurztraminer, perfect for aromatic Asian dishes, matching a certain exoticism with a sharp acid line and genuine drinkability. The source for this bottling is 40-50 year old vines in the "Wolfreben" lieu-dit. Thus Treilles du Loup, the Vines of the Wolf. Just off dry.

On a sandy lieu-dit between the winery and village. ‘Less overripe than in the past’, according to Eddy Leiber-Faller who suggests drinking it with cheese and lightly spiced dishes, maybe shellfish broth and/or something with cilantro. Very perfumed. Creamy and lots of energy.
