The Grand Cru Furstentum is made up of limestone-clay and sandstone and produces wines of great aromatic complexity as well as elegance.
Some of the Fallers’ oldest vines, close to 90 years old. Often the last to be picked. RS 26 g/l.
Very intense nose and, like the Altenbourg Gewurztraminer, not varietal but more marked by terroir – so clean and linear and fresh! A real wake-up wine! Fabulous expression of the place. Long and layered. Perfectly fresh and bracing.
