Grown in Pommard (but not Pommard appellation).
Pale, clear straw. Pretty white floral and mineral nose. Ferments in 500L barrel. Creamy, almonds, nectarine, peach, mineral. Quite concentrated already. Nice agrumes (citrus), textural finish.

So clean and ‘white’, like fine linen, finely pressed. Cool and calm with a sense of white flowers, vanilla flowers, ylang ylang. Dusty finish. Fennel and cumin seed. Unusual. I like it's Zen-like calm.
