Deep garnet in colour with a complex bouquet of mulled black fruit, liquorice, pepper and violets. Ripe, rich and full-bodied with vibrant finesse and harmonious tannins. Enjoy with any slow-cooked or slightly caramelised dishes, creamy cheeses or chocolate dessert with red fruit coulis
