2022, La Chablisienne, CHABLIS, 'Dame Nature' (Organic)

This wine has organic certification (ECOCERT);
both the vineyard cultivation and the vinification respect organic winemaking standards.
Organic vines, all tank elevage.

This is moderately reduced and sufficiently so to blur the nuance of what appear to be mostly white orchard fruit aromas.
There is equally good mid-palate concentration to the middleweight flavours that are slightly more tightly wound on the more youthfully austere finish.

Here’s a calmer but broad, almost cushioned citrus aroma. Fuller, more enveloping flavour
– some citrus intensity but hardly with bitters this time. Extra complexity for sure. More intense and saline finishing – impressive – that’s super.
