A ripe, fresh and equally floral-suffused nose offers up a mix of red and dark currant tinged with crushed fennel. The very rich, caressing and seductively textured mid-palate contrasts somewhat with the punchy, powerful, dusty and robust finale. At least some patience will be required for his very good Morey villages. Outstanding. 89-91 Burghound.
