The 2021 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru leans more towards black fruit on the nose, touches of pressed iris flower and light graphite aromas. The palate is well balanced and incorporates the 75% whole clusters well. Grainy tannins, very focused, quite mineral-driven with a persistent saline finish.
