The 2022 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru has a bit of reduction on the nose, but there seems to be decent fruit underneath and fine delineation. The palate is well-balanced with a keen line of acidity. Fresh with good weight, it maintains precision and sapidity through to the finish. Excellent stuff from the Chablis Co-op!
