This is almost certainly the best Othello we’ve tasted. It is produced exclusively from the Napanook vineyard (just like Napanook and Dominus itself), its fruit coming from the sunnier southern facing side of the vines. Showing off bright red fruits and a nice savoury line in leafy sandlewood this is a velvety, measured Napa Cabernet blend underpinned by a sense of tension and drinkability. Lovely stuff, a velvet springboard of fruit and stones. Justerini & Brooks.
