The 2021 Chablis La Pierrelée has a strict and steely nose that would benefit from greater intensity. The palate is well-balanced with modest depth, lightly spiced with good mid-palate weight, and simple towards the finish, but it has a pleasingly smooth texture and a lingering dash of spice.
