Solange's own cuvée - slightly more emphasis on fruit and ripeness but still very Chablis in style. Can be a little more forward - and very delicious.
An overtly floral-suffused nose speaks of citrus, tidal pool, algae and quinine wisps. There is both good richness and vibrancy to the detailed middle weight flavours that possess an appealing tension that carries over to the sleek, focused and compact finale. This is a really good villages with unusually good development potential. This is well-worth considering. Outstanding. 89-92 Burghound.
