Half the vineyard was pulled out in 2017 for replanting. The other half have produced a delicious 2019 Beaune Epenotes. Lovely glowing purple. This has firm structure, but it is really gorgeous, with impressive intensity and yet a deep rich cherry liveliness which is very appetising. **** 90-92 Jasper Morris MW.
