The 2022 Signals Rabaud, which at 134g/L residual sugar, has a fragrant bouquet with yellow plum, orange blossom and apricot scents that unfurl in the glass. The palate is well balanced with crisp mineralité and tension, fanning out gently toward the finish with lemon curd and orange zest. The 2022 Signals Rabaud is beautifully textured from start to finish. Lemon confit, coconut, white pepper and orchard fruit all grace this classy, understated Sauternes. All the elements are very nicely balanced. 93-95 Antonio Galloni, Vinous.
