100% Chardonnay grapes that come essentially from Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. Sustainable Agriculture. Manual harvesting with grape sorting through parcel-by-parcel ripeness monitoring. Traditional fermentation of 15 days in stainless steel tank. 10% new oak.

Natural fermentation methods employed. 20% wine 12 months in new oak (Arnaud is not a “huge fan of oakiness”) Pale gold in colour. Really nice nose of baked apple and peach with lime zest.
