2018, Clos Floridene, GRAVES, Blanc (SEC)

The 2018 Clos Floridène Blanc is an absolute delight to taste. Bright and airy, with effusive aromatics, the 2018 is just gorgeous. Orchard fruit, lemon oil, mint, sage and a hint of nutmeg are some of the many notes that grace this polished, refined white from the Dubourdieu family. The 2018 has come together nicely since I last tasted it. Antonio Galloni 90.

The Clos Floridene 2018 Blanc gives tropical scents of green guava, mango and pineapple with touches of honeysuckle and fresh ginger. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers fantastic freshness and mineral-tinged citrus layers, finishing long and clean. 89-91 Lisa Perrotti-Brown.

Feb 2022 PMFW tasting notes: Bright pear aromas, a little oak present, mineral and chiselled on the palate. Perfectly balanced! This wine has a lot of finesse.
