Ageing in 50% new oak.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOpen and juicy with a plush nature as well as a noticeable ripeness, yet it's only 13% alcohol. Medium to full-bodied with \u003cspan data-markjs=\"true\"\u003efine\u003c\/span\u003e, velvety tannins and a savoury, flavorful finish. \u003cstrong\u003eJuicy and layered\u003c\/strong\u003e. Structured. Supple and fleshy at first, the tannins gripping and present in the mouth but the acidity takes over giving this tension and direction. Quite a linear Petit, a more serious and de\u003cspan data-markjs=\"true\"\u003efine\u003c\/span\u003ed one with a wet stone salinity on the finish alongside liquorice and tobacco.
