It’s a little subdued after the initial burst of flavour, but there’s something really quite delicate and \u003cspan data-markjs=\"true\"\u003efine\u003c\/span\u003essed about this. The blend is Sauvignon Blanc-based, but that is not especially evident in the early going. \u003cstrong\u003eCitrus confit, white flowers, mint \u003c\/strong\u003eand chalk open with a bit of time in the glass. The team, led by Technical Director Jean-Emmanuel Danjoy, opted for a bit more bâtonnage to compensate for the early harvest, a choice that paid off handsomely.
