The palate is medium-bodied with grainy but fluid tannins, harmonious bright acidity and fine tension. Good cohesion on the finish, this is a very decent no-frills Les Evocelles to enjoy over the next 12 to 15 years.\u003cbr\u003e90-92 Neal Martin.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eAiry and cool aromas of red currant, plum and more subtle earth nuances. The supple and agreeably textured, though again not particularly dense, flavours possess a super-sleek mouthfeel while exhibiting solid depth and persistence on the mineral-driven finale.
