From Les Pellans, Les Forges and Les Chaumes de Narvaux.
A blend of three climats, the 2019 Meursault Village had not quite finished its malo, making it difficult to read, even through there appears to be plenty of freshness. The palate is nicely balanced with grapefruit and pineapple notes and good depth, if just needing more mineralité to come through on the finish. I can imagine this being quite approachable once in bottle. 88-90 Neal Martin.
